Navigate to the Requests page:

Click on “Architectural Request Form”. 

Click on "New".

Make sure that the "Related to a Unit" button is checked and add (or search) for the unit submitting the request. 

Fill out the Required Fields:

ARE YOU THE DEEDED PROPERTY OWNER?

WHO WILL BE PERFORMING THE WORK?

TYPE OF PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT:

MATERIALS TO BE USED (IF APPLICABLE):

DIMENSIONS (IF APPLICABLE):

COLOR (IF APPLICABLE)

There are certain files that are required by the association that will assist in the approval process.

1. PLAT MAPS OR SURVEYS

2. PICTURES OR DRAWINGS OF THE IMPROVEMENT

3. CITY PERMIT(S)

Once everything is complete, double check the information again, and click "Submit".
