Last updated on 13 Nov, 2025

Overview

Your HOA Community Management office operates during standard business hours, but emergency procedures are in place for critical after-hours issues that affect community safety or property.

What Qualifies as an Emergency

  • Flooding or water leaks affecting multiple homes or common areas

  • Electrical hazards in shared spaces

  • Gate or entry failures that block access to the community

  • Downed trees or debris creating a safety risk

  • Other urgent maintenance issues requiring immediate attention

How to Report an Emergency

  1. Log in to your PayHOA portal to check for announcements (if power and internet allow).

  2. If the issue is severe, email homeowners@yourhoahelp.com with “URGENT” in the subject line.

  3. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.

Messages marked urgent are prioritized by the on-call team or referred to the appropriate vendor.

Contact

For non-urgent issues, please submit a standard request in your portal during regular hours.

Importance

Reporting emergencies quickly and correctly ensures that hazards are addressed promptly while keeping the community safe.
