How to Track Your Request

  1. Log in to your PayHOA portal.

  2. Click “Requests” in the main menu.

  3. Select the request you want to view.

  4. You’ll see its current status, response history, and any internal notes added by the management team.

Statuses may include:

  • Open: Your request is being reviewed.

  • In Progress: The team or vendor is actively working on it.

  • Closed: The request has been completed or resolved.

Adding Comments or Attachments

You can reply directly within the request to add new information, updates, or attachments such as photos or documents.
