Paying by Mail or Bill Pay

Learn how to pay HOA dues by check or through your personal bank’s bill-pay service instead of the online portal.

Overview

While the PayHOA portal offers the fastest and most convenient way to pay dues, homeowners may also submit payments by mail or through a personal bank’s bill-pay system.

Paying by Check

  1. Make checks payable to your association’s name (not Your HOA).

  2. Include your property address and account number in the memo line.

  3. Mail checks to the payment lockbox address listed in your billing statement or PayHOA portal.

Payments sent directly to the lockbox are automatically posted to your account once processed by the bank.

Paying Through Bank Bill Pay

If you prefer to pay through your bank:

  • Set up a recurring or one-time payment to your association’s name.

  • Use the same lockbox address and include your property address in the memo.

  • Allow 5–7 business days for delivery and processing.

Important Notes

  • Payments sent to the management office may experience delays.

  • Returned or misaddressed payments may result in late fees.
