Overview

Your community pool is one of the most valued amenities provided by the association. To ensure safety and fairness for all residents, the HOA enforces specific rules, access procedures, and operating hours approved by the Board of Directors.

All homeowners and guests using the pool must comply with these rules. Violations may result in suspension of pool access privileges.

Pool Hours

Pool hours vary by community but typically follow the schedule set by the Board each season.

Examples:

  • Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the summer months

  • Closed during inclement weather or when maintenance is scheduled

  • May require seasonal activation via pool key fob or gate code

Always refer to the most recent community notice in your PayHOA portal for updated seasonal hours and closure information.

General Pool Rules

To promote a safe and enjoyable environment, the following rules commonly apply:

  • No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk

  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Glass containers, alcohol, and smoking are not permitted inside the pool area

  • Proper swimwear is required

  • Running, diving, or rough play is prohibited

  • Music must be kept at a respectful volume

  • Pets are not allowed within the fenced pool area

  • Pool furniture must remain inside the pool deck area

Guest Policy

Most associations allow residents to bring a limited number of guests.
Common guidelines include:

  • Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times

  • The number of guests per household is limited (typically 2–4)

  • Residents are responsible for guest behavior and any rule violations

Always check your association’s posted pool policy for the specific guest limit and supervision requirements.

Access Devices

Entry to the pool area may require a fob, key, or gate code.
If your device is lost or not functioning, email homeowners@yourhoahelp.com to request assistance. Replacement fees may apply before a new device is issued.

Access devices may be deactivated temporarily for nonpayment of dues or violation suspensions as allowed by the governing documents.

Maintenance and Closures

For safety, the pool may close periodically for maintenance, cleaning, or weather-related reasons. Notices of closures are posted in the PayHOA portal and sent by email when possible.

Reporting Issues

If you notice damage, safety concerns, or rule violations, report them by emailing homeowners@yourhoahelp.com.
Include your name, property address, and a brief description of the issue.

Importance

Following pool rules and respecting hours of operation helps keep the facility safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone in the community. Cooperation ensures the pool remains a valued amenity for all residents.
