Resetting Your Password or Email Address

Learn how to reset your PayHOA portal password or update your login email if you can’t access your account.

Overview

If you forget your password or need to change the email on file, you can easily reset your login credentials through the PayHOA portal.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Visit your community’s homeowner portal or go to https://yourhoahelp.com/homeowner-portal-page.

  2. Click “Login to Your Account.”

  3. On the login screen, click “Forgot Password.”

  4. Enter the email address associated with your homeowner account.

  5. Follow the link sent to your email to reset your password.

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact the Homeowner Team for assistance.

Changing Your Email Address

If your email has changed or you no longer have access to the one on file:

  • Email homeowners@yourhoahelp.com with your name, property address, and new email address.

  • The team will verify your account and update your information.
