Overview
All exterior changes—such as fences, decks, landscaping, paint colors, or additions—require prior approval from the HOA’s Architectural Committee (ACC). You can submit your request directly through your PayHOA portal.
How to Submit an ACC Request
Log in to your PayHOA portal.
Click “Requests.”
Select “New Request.”
Choose “Architectural Request” or “Exterior Modification.”
Complete all required fields, including:
Description of your project
Photos or drawings (upload attachments)
Contractor details, if applicable
Click “Submit.”
You’ll receive confirmation once your request is received. The Board or Architectural Committee will review and respond through the portal.
Review Process
Most requests are reviewed within 30 days or less, depending on your community’s rules.
You’ll receive updates and a final decision (approved, denied, or needs revision) directly in your portal.
