How to View Your Balance
Log in to your PayHOA portal.
On your dashboard, your current balance is displayed under “My Account.”
Click “View Details” to see a line-by-line breakdown of transactions, including:
Assessment charges
Late fees (if applicable)
Payment credits or adjustments
Reserve or special assessments
Understanding Balance Items
Positive Balance: You owe the HOA this amount.
Negative Balance: You have a credit (overpayment or prepayment).
$0.00 Balance: Your account is current.
Disputing or Clarifying a Charge
If you see an unfamiliar charge or fee:
Email homeowners@yourhoahelp.com with your name, address, and a screenshot or description of the line item.
The team will review the ledger and respond with clarification or adjustment if necessary.
