Overview
All payments made through the portal or received by mail are recorded in your PayHOA account for easy viewing.
How to View Payment History
Log in to your PayHOA portal.
Click “Payments.”
Under “Payment History,” you’ll see a list of all past payments with dates, amounts, and methods used.
Click on a transaction to view or download a receipt.
Receipts include the transaction ID, date, and confirmation that the HOA received your payment.

If a payment appears missing or duplicated, email homeowners@yourhoahelp.com and include the date, amount, and payment method.

Reviewing your history helps you track account accuracy and maintain records for your own financial documentation.
