Mobile Access: Using the Portal on Your Phone or Tablet

Learn how to access your PayHOA account from any mobile device and save it to your home screen for quick use.

Overview

The PayHOA portal is fully mobile-friendly, so you can access your account, pay assessments, or submit requests right from your phone or tablet—no app download required.

How to Access the Portal on Mobile

  1. Open your mobile browser (Safari or Chrome).

  2. Visit https://yourhoahelp.com/homeowner-portal-page.

  3. Tap “Login to Your Account.”

  4. Enter your credentials as usual.

Saving a Shortcut to Your Home Screen

For iPhone (Safari):

  1. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select “Add to Home Screen.”

  3. Name the shortcut (e.g., “HOA Portal”).

  4. Tap Add.

For Android (Chrome):

  1. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Select “Add to Home screen.”

  3. Confirm by tapping Add.

This creates a one-tap shortcut that opens your PayHOA portal instantly—just like an app.
