Overview
Your HOA provides multiple ways to pay assessments conveniently and securely. Whether you prefer online payments, automatic drafts, or traditional checks, each option is tracked through your PayHOA account to ensure accurate posting.
Online Payments
The fastest and most reliable way to pay assessments is through the PayHOA homeowner portal.
To make an online payment:
Log in to your PayHOA portal.
Click Payments from the left-hand menu.
Select Make a Payment.
Choose your payment method: bank account (ACH) or credit/debit card.
Enter your payment amount and confirm.
Payments made through the portal are automatically applied to your account, and receipts are available immediately.
Auto-Pay (Automatic Draft)
For worry-free payments, you can set up automatic withdrawals from your bank account.
To enable Auto-Pay:
Log in to your PayHOA account.
Select Payments, then Set Up Auto-Pay.
Add your bank information and select your preferred date for withdrawal.
Save your settings.
Auto-Pay ensures assessments are paid on time and helps prevent late fees. You can cancel or update your settings anytime through the portal.
Mailed Payments
If you prefer to mail a check, please make it payable to your association’s full legal name (as listed on your billing statement).
Include your property address and account number on the check.
Make the check payable to your Association and mail it to:
PO Box 88296
Carol Stream, IL 60188
Mailed payments are processed through the association’s lockbox and applied once received and cleared by the bank. Always allow extra time for postal delivery and processing.
Lockbox Payments
The lockbox is a secure payment processing service through the association’s partner bank. It allows payments to be received, deposited, and recorded directly to your HOA’s account. All checks mailed to the association’s P.O. Box are processed through this lockbox system, ensuring fast and accurate posting.
Bank Bill Pay
If you use your personal bank’s online bill pay service, set up Your HOA Community Management, Inc. as the payee and include:
Your property address
Your HOA account number
The correct mailing address listed above
Be sure to schedule payments several days before the due date to allow for mail time and processing.
