How to Update Your Notification Preferences
Log in to your PayHOA homeowner portal.
Click “Settings” (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
Select “Notification Preferences.”
Choose your preferred methods for:
Payment reminders
Community announcements
Maintenance or request updates
Violation or architectural notices
Click “Save Changes.”
Opting Out
You may opt out of text or email notifications at any time, but certain official communications (such as billing notices) will still be sent via your primary contact email.
