Updating Payment Methods or Bank Accounts

Learn how to update or replace the card or bank account you use for paying HOA dues through PayHOA.

Overview

If your credit card expired, you changed banks, or you’d like to switch payment methods, you can easily update your payment information through your PayHOA portal.

How to Update Payment Information

  1. Log in to your PayHOA portal.

  2. Click “Payments.”

  3. Select “Payment Methods.”

  4. Choose “Add New Account.”

  5. Enter your new card or bank account information.

  6. If you use AutoPay, make sure to update it to use the new method.

Removing Old Accounts

Once your new payment method is active, you can remove any outdated accounts by clicking “Delete” next to the old method.
