Setting Up Automatic Payments (AutoPay)

Learn how to schedule recurring HOA payments through the PayHOA portal to avoid missing due dates.

Overview

AutoPay makes it easy to stay current on your HOA dues by automatically withdrawing your payments on the same day each billing cycle.

How to Set Up AutoPay

  1. Log in to your PayHOA portal.

  2. Click “Payments.”

  3. Select “Set Up AutoPay.”

  4. Choose your payment method (bank account or debit/credit card).

  5. Enter the amount (full balance or custom).

  6. Select your preferred withdrawal date.

  7. Click “Save.”

PayHOA will automatically process your payment on the date you choose. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time a payment is successfully made.

Editing or Cancelling AutoPay

You can update or cancel AutoPay anytime by returning to the Payments tab and selecting “Manage AutoPay.”
